Fault Analysis
1. Oil tank oil supply switch leaks: The reason is that the graphite and asbestos oil seals at the switch are damaged.
Elimination: 1. Remove the switch, take out the filler, and use oil-resistant rubber sheets to make two round pads with an outer diameter 1 mm larger than the switch housing hole and an inner diameter 1.50 mm larger than the handle screw. Sandwich the rubber pads between the steel pads, and then put them on the handle screw together, and tighten the gland device. 2. Wrap the graphite and asbestos ropes between the two steel pads and fill them up, and tighten the gland device.
2. Oil tank drain tap leaks: The reason is that the steel ball in the tap is rusted or invalid.
Elimination: Replace the steel ball (diameter is 15 mm, and the steel ball in the bearing with an inner diameter of 80 mm can be used as a substitute).
3. Oil pipe bell mouth leaks: The reason is that the cone surface of the bell mouth of the oil pipe and the bell mouth seat are not well sealed.
Elimination: 1. When tightening the joint, tighten the end with the horn first. 2. After grinding the bell mouth joint, apply sealant on the conical surface, then tighten or saw off the bell mouth, and use the expander to expand one more.
4. Hollow screw joint leaks oil: The reason is 1. The end face and gasket of the oil pipe joint are uneven; 2. The screw hole on the shell is uneven.
The elimination method is as follows: Grind the joint and gasket. Flatten the inner surface of the hexagonal hollow screw, then tighten it or apply sealant on both sides of the gasket.
5. Oil leakage at the joint surface of the shell: The reason is that the joint surface of the shell such as the oil pan, cylinder head, valve cover, timing gear cover, transmission cover, starter transmission cover, etc. is usually caused by the failure of the fasteners to be tightened, and the gasket is damaged or failed.
Elimination: 1. Always do a good job of tightening. 2. For parts that are not often disassembled, such as paper pads, red glue can be applied on both sides of the paper pads; 3. For joint surfaces of parts that are often disassembled, such as valve cover, filter housing, etc., asbestos pads should be used, and lead oil should be applied on the pads. When tightening, the bolts in the position should be tightened symmetrically several times. In addition, the gasket should be intact, the joint surface of the parts should be flat and clean, and the parts should not be dislocated or deformed.
6. Oil leakage at each lever shaft: The reason is 1. The sealing gasket is damaged. 2. The matching clearance between the shaft and the hole is increased.
Troubleshooting: According to the diameter of the rod shaft, a suitable oil-resistant rubber gasket can be selected as a gasket. Its inner diameter is 1-3 mm smaller than the shaft diameter. It can be installed on the shaft surface in contact with the hole wall and pressed tightly.
7. Crankcase oil leakage: The reason is that the paper gasket is damaged or the screws are loose.
Troubleshooting: Remove the oil pan, remove the gasket for inspection. If the gasket is intact, it can be wiped clean and coated with a layer of red glue; if it is damaged, a new gasket should be replaced. Apply a layer of red glue. The screws should be tightened symmetrically and evenly.
8. Oil leakage from the high-pressure oil pipe: The reason is that after long-term use of the high-pressure oil pipe, the conical surface of the joint has been worn, resulting in poor sealing.
Troubleshooting: Place a 1-2 mm long plastic tube with a diameter of about 5 mm at the joint between the conical surface and the conical hole of the high-pressure oil pipe, or place a copper gasket with an inner diameter slightly larger than the inner diameter of the oil pipe and an appropriate outer diameter, or replace a new high-pressure oil pipe.
IX. Gear oil leakage from the gearbox: The reason is 1. The matching clearance between the gearbox bearing and the shaft hole is too large; 2. The oil seal is worn and aged.
Troubleshooting methods are as follows: If the clearance between the shaft hole of the box body is too large, it can be repaired by inserting the sleeve. If the oil seal is worn and aged and causes oil leakage, the oil seal should be replaced.
10. Oil leakage from the supporting wheel, belt roller and guide wheel: The reason is 1. The rubber sealing sleeve is worn and aged; 2. The sealing ring is severely worn.
Troubleshooting methods are as follows: Replace the rubber sealing sleeve in time. Replace the large upper sealing ring. The two rough joint surfaces of the sealing ring must be properly ground, and a layer of graphite grease must be applied on both sides. After installation, water and dirt cannot enter for 24 hours.
11. Oil leakage from the oil filling port and oil drain port: The reasons are: 1. The threads and pitches of the diesel tank, gasoline tank, hydraulic oil tank, diesel coarse and fine filter, high-pressure oil pump, oil pan, gearbox, etc. are inconsistent. 2. The diesel tank cover has no sealing rubber.
The troubleshooting method is as follows: Keep the screws and pitches of the sealing parts consistent, and use fine buckles for all. Install sealing rubber.
