Product Description
The hard chrome plated rod boasts an exceptional surface roughness and optimal corrosion resistance. Chrome plating is employed to enhance surface longevity, combating significant surface friction, corrosion, contamination, and potential external harmful factors that could lead to damage.
As one of the hard chrome plated rod suppliers, Chenyu produced hard chrome plated bars range in diameter from 6mm to 300mm, with a daily production capacity of 30 tons. Following the NSS salt spray test, a thorough inspection is conducted to ensure the hard chrome plated shafts meet the required standards.
This hard chrome plated steel bars are mainly used for hydraulic pneumatic, engineering machinery, automotive manufacturing piston rods, plastic machinery guide pillars, packaging machinery, printing machinery roller shafts, textile machinery, conveyor machinery axis, and linear optical axis for linear motion.
