Product Description
Corn Harvester 4YZL-6
Corn harvester is an agricultural machine that mechanically completes multiple operations such as picking ears, piling, and returning stalks to the field at one time when corn is mature. Process flow: Use corn harvester to pick ears when corn is growing (called standing stalk picking). Under the action of picking roller and picking plate, the ear handle is pulled off. Due to the height difference between the inner and outer picking rollers, the ears fall into the ear box. After the ears are full, the box is opened and piled. The high-speed rotating cutter cuts the stalks from the root and enters the crushing mechanism to chopped into 3-5CM long pieces. After chopped, the stalks fall to the ground naturally. Then the ears are transported to the field, peeled with a peeling machine, and threshed after drying.

Notes:
1. 10 to 15 days before harvest, conduct field surveys on the degree of corn lodging, planting density and row spacing, ear droop, minimum ear height, etc., and make an operation plan in advance;
2. 3 to 5 days in advance, level the ditches and ridges in the field, and install signs for inconspicuous obstacles such as wells and electric poles to facilitate safe operation;
3. Before operation, a trial harvest should be carried out and the machinery should be adjusted. Only when the agronomic requirements are met can the formal operation be put into operation.
4. Before operation, properly adjust the gap between the picking rollers (or ear-picking plates) to reduce grain breakage; during operation, pay attention to the smoothness of the ear lifting process to avoid jamming and clogging; observe the fullness of the ear box at any time and dump the ears in time to avoid overflow after the fruit is full or jamming during grain unloading;
5. Correctly adjust the operating height of the straw return machine to ensure that the stubble height is less than 10cm to avoid soil damage to the return tool;
6. When installing a stubble remover, ensure the depth of the stubble remover and keep the stubble removal depth consistent to ensure the quality of operation.
General principles of technical matching machinery
1. Single-row corn combine harvesters matched with 12-18 horsepower tractors are generally only suitable for completing corn ear picking, lifting, gathering, and straw return to the field;
2. Corn combine harvesters matched with 50-60 horsepower tractors can harvest 2 rows (or 3 rows) at a time, completing operations such as ear picking, lifting, gathering, and straw return to the field; when matched with tractors above 65 horsepower, in addition to completing the above operations, they can also complete stubble crushing operations;
3. Most of my country's corn planters are 2-row, 3-row, and 6-row, and corn combine harvesters need to harvest rows. Therefore, 2-row and 3-row corn combine harvesters have better adaptability than single-row and four-row;
4. According to the power reserve of the tractor matched with the corn harvester, install straw return machinery with corresponding sub-width and a certain number of blades.
